No. Onboarding, account setup, and your initial rental analysis are always free. You only pay once we successfully lease or begin managing your property.

Full-service plans are billed as a percentage of one month’s collected rent each month. If rent isn’t collected, you generally aren’t charged the management fee for that period — our incentives stay aligned with yours.

Yes. Full-service management starts at 6% of collected rent, with individual units renting under $2,000/month managed at 8%. Single-unit owners start at 8%, or 10% for units under $2,000/month. Larger portfolios and multi-unit buildings may qualify for preferred rates — we’ll quote your exact rate after a quick property review.

EvictionGuard® helps offset eligible legal and filing costs associated with an eviction, up to $750 per occurrence, on qualifying full-service plans — so an unexpected situation doesn’t derail your returns.

Our plan structure is consistent across New York City, Tampa Bay, and South Florida. Certain local requirements or building types may affect the final quote, which we’ll always outline transparently before you sign.
