Full-service plans are billed as a percentage of one month’s collected rent each month. If rent isn’t collected, you generally aren’t charged the management fee for that period — our incentives stay aligned with yours.
Yes. Full-service management starts at 6% of collected rent, with individual units renting under $2,000/month managed at 8%. Single-unit owners start at 8%, or 10% for units under $2,000/month.
